Don't get me wrong, Tatum's great. We're total best friends, all that mushy-gushy mom stuff...But man, nap time. It's just necessary to my (and probably her) mental well-being, you know?
I love that time to myself to recharge, take a break, and start over (if it's been a rough day).
For the most part, I spend her nap time with a good book and cup of coffee. Yeah, I'm the lazy mom who doesn't really do housework during that time. I'll just blame it on our house being small and being worried I'll wake her. Yep, that's it.
How do you like to spend nap time?
I love this post. I spend most of the day waiting for nap time then most of it waiting for my little darling to wake up to play. Crazy. Who does house work during nap time? That's even more insane! I catch up with blogs or my favourite box set, 'tis a much needed mama recharge time.

DeleteI LOVE nap time! I usually plan to spend it cleaning up after my little Hurricane Aubrey but I typically end up spending it with a bit of my secret chocolate stash and some trashy reality TV ; )
