Insta.this, Insta.that:

// Josh and Tatum playing together at his parents' house, when we visited last weekend. We had a nice time seeing our families! // I took a picture of us right after we got up for the day. She clearly woke up on the right side of the bed. : ) //

// I mentioned my scrapbooking, and here is my latest page. I'm having a lot of fun with it. I'll probably share more pages later. // Josh was out working and happened upon these little boys running a lemonade stand. He said they were charging 10 cents a cup, so he gave them $5, and they flipped! I love that guy. Oh, and he told them he wanted to take a picture because he thought his wife would think it was cool, haha. //

// The most awkward angle, maybe ever. Haha. Her body looks so tiny in comparison to her noggin. And I love her little ruffled buns. // This picture...Sigh, I just love her. //

// After I took that picture of Josh, he was like, "I look like a witch..." And, um, he does a little! But oh well, too bad, because I love that picture and I'm keeping it forever. // Strawberries and baby cuties for breakfast! // Josh bought me these as a little surprise gift! // Kicking me in the face, per usual. //

// Shower time! I love my outer shower curtain. We have maroon tile floors, grey walls, and a navy colored countertop. So when I found this shower curtain at Urban on sale for $10, I had to get it. Too perfect! // Trying out the yellow eyeshadow. I haven't worn any real "fun" makeup since high school. // Oh, you know, just destroying her puzzle play mat. You might not be able to tell, but if you look close, the E that she is holding is torn. Cool. // Post shower mirror picture. I'm ~*so*~ artsy. //

// I watched "Meet The Robinsons" last night. You guys, I can't even put into words how much I love this movie. Every single time I watch it, I ugly cry. Like...guttural sobbing. It just has such a special place in my heart and every single time I watch it, I am more reassured about the thought of adopting a child someday. // Portobello mushroom caps, with avocado spread on top, layered with pico de gallo + black beans. // Tuna, roasted (no salt) sunflower kernels, and every color pepper. My favorites are orange + yellow! // I love when my little sister, Chloe, texts me. She's 6 and basically the funniest little kid on the planet. //

// Creep. // Tatum is now trying solid foods! Avocado was her first. She loved it. In addition to that, we have now tried: butternut squash + sweet potatoes. She has loved them all, especially the butternut squash. // The shirt doesn't lie. // One of my favorite coffee mugs. //

// I. Love. Her. And I can't believe how much she looks like me in this picture! It's so weird + funny. // Trying to put this little milky face down for a nap. She's been having a little bit of a rough time sleeping the past couple of weeks. // My Stephanie Tanner t-shirt. Another Urban sale find, $10, a few months ago. I mean...I couldn't pass that up. // Trying to stand up! And guess what? Later that night, she pulled herself up to a standing position, holding onto the couch. She's all about it now. //

Have a great weekend! What do you have planned?

// We bought her that play mat (a baby must have!) back in February. She was obsessed with it for a good while, but as you can now see, it is basically useless 'til she has mastered sitting up on her own (the piano can switch positions as the baby ages). She's almost there! // My latest painting. It's probably my favorite piece I've done, ever. I'm really happy with how she's turning out. // A vintage, 1970s cream and sugar set I purchased through Etsy. // Getting ready for bed! //

// The Anthro mug my parents gifted me for my birthday! // Wal-Mart was having a huge sale on what appeared to be every single children's book written about bears, ever. For the record, we only bought one. P.S. I spy a smiley Tatum! // My little whale, playing with her little whale, in baby jail. // Late night runs to the car for forgotten items makes for some pretty cute fashion decisions. Am I right? AM I RIGHT? //

// My new Marc By Marc Jacobs bag. Something I've wanted since I was 13 years old, and I finally took the plunge! // T-Dawg hanging out after we did her 5 month photos. Can't wait to share her update on Monday. She's made major progress! // Oh, you know, just making the goofiest face of all time. She's obsessed with doing that with her mouth right now. // I started a real skin care routine this week and I'm already seeing results. Yes, this picture has a filter on it. (Rise is my BFF.) But this picture was taken after I got ready for the day. Washed face, moisturized, mascara, and this amazing lip balm. (I'll share the name later, I forget it, but it is 100% a staple in my life now.) Yay, hygiene! //

// Since Tatum is at the beginning stages of crawling and she has learned to sit up on her own, I decided to get this huge play mat. Our hardwood floors are just no fun for her to fall over on, so this'll be a major help. Walmart, $20, worth it. // I've really, really been slacking on drinking water lately. I actually ended up with a UTI (TMI!) because of it. BOOO. It sucked way big time. So I'm trying to get back into the habit of drinking more. And by more I mean at least a gallon a day. I've done it for two days now, and I fully intend to keep it up. // Oh my gosh. You guys. Who am I?! I've decided to start Project Life. It's just funny, because I totally didn't think I'd be this excited / into it. But I am! I went to Hobby Lobby and I was like, fangirling all throughout the aisles over all of the scrapbooking tools. It was so ridiculous. But I'm kind of okay with it. // Turn your head for one second and this happens. Yes, people, that is my baby stuck under a chair. (She's not in any harm, just FYI.) Also, she loves wipe bags. //

See you Monday! Have a great weekend.
