painting.

Early this morning I decided to drag out my painting supplies. It'd been awhile, months, since I'd done anything. It was a very awkward, weird feeling. At first, I really didn't even know what to do, or where to begin. And I really didn't want to mess up and waste a canvas. But, I finally just threw myself into it...and I did the best work I've ever done.
I was honestly super proud of myself. (Um. Josh just told me to tell you guys that he loves me. So, there's that.) This painting really showed me how much I've grown as an artist, and what I can really do. It's such a neat feeling! And I really can't wait to throw myself back into painting.
