with a heavy heart...

I posted a few days ago asking that you all give thoughts and prayers to a girl and her family. So many of you responded, with loving hearts, happy to help, and you asked that I keep you updated on her state. Sadly, I found out today that Jacky passed away at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Apparently she was going into surgery, but wasn't strong enough to make it through. When things like this happen...it's so mind-boggling. I can't even begin to imagine what her close friends and her family are going through. So today I'd like to ask you all to keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

    i'm really sorry to hear this. it's always extra terrible to hear of someone so young to lose their life. i'll be praying for her family and friends.

    This is heartbreaking. :( I read the post where you asked everyone to pray. It's just unthinkable. My heart goes out to her friends and family.

    oh no! so, so sad. you know i totally get this one right now, unfortunately. blahhhh. stuff like this really makes me realize just how fragile life is, i'm super paranoid to drive anywhere on my bike (rip stacie) or ride in a car. i'll be praying for her family, i can't even imagine what they are going through right now.
